1 General Terms

2 Account Eligibility

3 Registration & KYC Verification

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for all available payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after successful payment confirmation.
• Duel7 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Duel7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or digital wallet used for your deposit — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• Any bonus still subject to a wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been fully met.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Duel7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly rebates, Enhanced Odds offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specified in each offer.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Each user is eligible to claim each type of bonus only once, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users.
• Duel7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Wagering Rules

All wagering activity on the duel7 platform — including sports betting, Live Casino, slots, fish shooting games, and special bets — is subject to the following rules:

• All wagers confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in situations where the match or event wagered on is cancelled or postponed in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Duel7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or unfair exploitation of technical advantages.
• In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds display, duel7 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake to the user's account.
• The Cash Out feature is available for selected bets and is subject to limits and conditions set by duel7 from time to time.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your duel7 username and password confidential. duel7 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat.

• Use a strong and unique password for your duel7 account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

Duel7 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

8 User Responsibilities

As a duel7 platform user, you agree to:

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Duel7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.
• User-initiated account closure or self-exclusion programme.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, duel7 reserves the right to hold the existing balance while an investigation is conducted. Any legitimate balance (unrelated to fraudulent activity) will be returned once the investigation is concluded within a reasonable timeframe.

• Duel7 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or other damages arising from the use of the platform.

11 Terms Amendment

Duel7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or registered email.
